MSPOT TO PRESENT AT MERRIMAN CURHAN FORD & CO'S INVESTOR SUMMIT

Daren Tsui, Co-Founder and CEO to Address Entertainment's Role in 3G Network Growth at Sept. 18th Event

PALO ALTO, Calif., - September 13, 2007 – Daren Tsui, co-founder and CEO of mSpot, a pioneer in mobile music and radio will present at the 4th annual Merriman Curhan Ford & Co. Investors Summit, Sept. 18, 1:45 p.m. at the Mark Hopkins Hotel in San Francisco. Tsui will participate in a panel on the Growth of 3G Networks.

“Carriers have invested heavily in the build out of networks that are capable of supporting rich media content and high-bandwidth applications. To recoup, they must focus on creating a consumer experience that will drive subscriber usage of these premium services,” said Daren Tsui, CEO of mSpot. “Mobile music is absolutely the ‘killer app’ to drive 3G network revenues; but it has to be done right. Getting consumers to use their phones as mobile music players is all about personalization, great content, and ease-of-use.”

mSpot has been leading the way for the mobile music industry since launching the first streaming radio service for U.S. mobile phones in 2005. Today, mSpot operates the largest live and on-demand mobile radio network in North America spanning across carriers such as Bell Mobility, Boost, Sprint, TELUS and U.S. Cellular. mSpot Radio has over 100 channels of crystal-clear music, news, sports, finance, entertainment, talk, podcasts and videos from radio’s most recognized brands – CBS Radio, Clear Channel, ABC Radio, Fox Sports, Marketwatch, NPR, Radio Disney and more. In addition, mSpot Radio lets users choose to listen to their favorite local radio content from more than one hundred live radio stations throughout the U.S. In March 2007, mSpot launched Remix, a mobile music player with over-the-air (OTA) syncing capabilities that allows consumers to listen to the music on their PCs from their mobile phones.
