We’re looking for someone who can manage and analyze complex data and communicate the resulting actionable insights with clarity. Someone who can tell the story, not just present numbers


-Analyze mobile and web traffic and site behavior using analytics tool and internal databases for customer and business insights, leading to actions (marketing, site usability, etc.) to deliver on improved customer site experience or business growth (conversion)
- Work with Analytics product manager to design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analysis models and dashboards, identifying KPIs to drive key business decisions
-Execute data queries across multiple data sources in support of business intelligence reporting needs; format query results in various ways including Excel
-Monitor the validity of the data across various data stores and analytics tools
- Develop, implement, and maintain predictive statistical models to identify key user actions (e.g. churn and purchase)
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
-Apply expertise in statistical inference, data mining, and visual presentation of data to help inform and support our business and product decisions

Additional Skills and or education:
Extensive experience with selecting, setting up and maintaininganalytical tools supporting data analysis and reporting
Expert in MS Excel, SQL and programming (R is a plus) for advanced data analysis and visualization
-Expert knowledge on statistical analysis methodologies
-Solid understanding of data modeling techniques
-BA/BS degree in Statistics or other equivalent discipline (In lieu of degree in that field, 4 additional years relevant work experience).
-Experience with consumer-facing internet products & services
-Exceptional communication skills
-Ability to effectively work with internal teams across numerous functions and levels
-Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying transactional systems
-Years of experience required for this position: 5-6 years
