WHO are we looking for?

Since we’re currently building a world-class technical operation and an extremely proactive management system for a burgeoning environment, we need a skilled system administrator to lend us a hand! We want enthusiastic and customer oriented people to join our small and growing team of skilled System Administrators.

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or 2+ yrs related work experience and multi-component systems

Experienced troubleshooting in production environments and internet services

You must be knowledgeable in:

Linux administration: CentOS, Fedora, RHAS, OSX, Kickstart, git, cobbler, func

Storage Architecture as well as Storage Systems/Protocols/Processes: RAID, SAN, NAS, NFS, iSCSI

Database Administration: MySQL, replication, OLTP high volume/high availability, performance tuning

Services and Infrastructure Protocols: Apache, DNS, NTP DHCP, Mail, SAMBA

Scripting skills (shell, perl, php )

Management and monitoring skills: Nagios, OSSEC , Samhain

Host based networking, firewalls, VPN configuration and load balancing

Bonus points if you have experience in:

Brocade, Cisco Routers and Switch, Celeros, HA/Clustering, Linux kernel performance tuning, memcached,

Windows Domain Controllers, VMware, NAS, SAN, Asterisk/PBX, MS Exchange, Darwin Streaming server,

TWiki, OTRS, Bugzilla, Jira, Wireshark (or other sniffing), Load Balancers, RT.
