Software Engineer: Back-End Team

The Role:
- Work closely with our product management team to obtain feature requirements
- Passion for developing well-architected, maintainable, and clean code
- Constantly factor and re-factor your code for reusability, repeatability, and maintainability
- Solid and extensive experience with distributed, server side application development
- Participate in technical design and review
- Generate reports from daily server logs
- Work with QA to ensure the products reliability
- Work with agile/scrum development methodologies
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of Java or C++ programming
- 3+ years of work experience with Linux or MySQL
- Use PHP, Perl or Python to implement business logic on server end
- Able to own projects and take the initiative to see things through conclusion
- Good communication and personal skills: ability to interact and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team and a strong sense of project ownership
