Level 1 Mobile/Web UI Designer

Tired of working on generic shopping or corporate websites? Rather work on exciting music and movie products? Well, mSpot is hiring a mobile/web UI Designer to join our creative services team.

mSpot is an entertainment start-up company bringing music and movie to mobile phones and the web. mSpot has several exciting ongoing projects such as mSpot Music application on iPhone, Android & the web. mSpot also partners with major film studios and music labels to deliver blockbuster films and radio programming. Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary design team for user experience planning and development.
- Help generate elegant & innovative design solutions for complex cutting edge mobile & web applications.
- Responsible for documenting applications with wireframes and comps.
- Help design and run usability testing
Qualifications:
- Solid graphic design skills
- Solid Knowledge of OmniGraffle, Visio or equivalent tool
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Comfortable adapting and problem solving in a fast paced team environment
Note:
- This position is for a full time position (no contractors please)
- This position is on-site only (Palo Alto)
