Desktop Support Specialist

OVERVIEW

As a key member of the operations team, you will provide technical support for desktop computers, applications and related technology. Support includes specifications, installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines. You will also assist in the maintenance and testing of network servers, and associated equipment.

RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Assist staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.

Release Engineer

As a key member of our release engineering team, you will utilize your technical and analytical skills to resolve complex issues. Your ability to create tools and processes to support and automate smooth workflows will be relied upon as you work closely with development, QA, and operations.

Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor degree. Admitted to at least one state bar.
-5-7 years of in-house legal experience.

-A deep understanding of music law, intellectual property law and licensing in the US, global experience a benefit.
-Proven success in collaborating across a global, matrixed business and legal environment.

The Music Team is responsible for building the clients for Music Hub. This service utilizes server software components to mobilize a customer's music. The role for this position is to create mobile applications on Android to support this service.

You'll be involved in the full software development life cycle, from requirements definition to customer delivery. Technical responsibilities include: software design, effort I estimation, implementation, unit testing, integration, and bug fixes. Our Software Engineers own their product and work closely with the Quality Assurance group to ensure a successful end user experience.

Desired skills:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or any equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience with object-oriented programming (C++, Java, and/or Objective C)
• Android experience
